Team Ground Rules and Guidelines
What are the general expectations for all members of the team?
All team members are expected to contribute equally to all assignments. Team members are also expected to have their portion of the assignment ready at the time designated by the team. All team members are also expected to respect one another and work together on all assignments as well as help others when needed. Be prepared. When a group assignment is posted, make sure you read over it and understand it. If you do not understand it then contact another member of the group for assistance.

Expectations for Time Management and Involvement

Everyone is expected to participate in all assignments and have them completed on time. Communication with the team is extremely important to ensure that assignments are completed in a timely manner and submitted on time. Participate in all assignments. Communicate with the team effectively and as much as you can and need to. Make sure your portion of the assignments are submitted in a timely manner so that the assignment can be put together as one before the due date and not on it. This allows the team to make any necessary changes they may need to.

Ensuring Fair and Even Contribution and Collaboration
What strategy will you use to ensure that all team members are contributing and collaborating appropriately? Describe the communication strategy you will use if a team member is not contributing and collaborating effectively. How will the team manage conflicts between team members?
If a team member is not contributing or collaborating, we as a team will try to come up with a solution to the problem. We will try to contact the members that are not doing their part. If we cannot handle the situation on our own, we will ask the instructor for assistance with the issue we are having. Conflicts between team members will be handle in the same fashion. If we cannot settle the conflict on our own, we will take it
