Abstract
Amsterdam is found to be on of the Netherlands and its mostly seen as its
cannabis law on how it is legal. Amsterdams laws are not the same as America, they both have different views. Amsterdam seems to attract a lot of tourist with its exoctic rules but the attractions are with the marijuana smokers, they seem to think coming to amsterdam gives them full freedom to smoke cannabis and buy amounts of it. Little do they know is they do not know the exact laws in Amsterdam. Yes the drug cannabis is legal but it has its specific rules to it. Another part that goes in is the laws if you get in trouble with criminal charges. There are many rules in amsterdam to be careful with.
History When it comes to courts, it has gone by the Netherlands to process the court system. Amsterdams history goes by its civil courts and its criminal cases over the past decades. The civil cases are just like an ordinary crime that all countries usually have.
They seem to be violations to laws that are involved in hazard actions as in property damage, trespassing and libel. Libel tends to be a false statement said to a clerk. The civil courts seem to be a big part of Amsterdam which is its well known issues with situations to make laws specific. Amsterdam is in the Netherlands, so in the past france had power over the Netherlands back in 1811. There was countries and empires around the time which made things different such as the courts handled land and certain parts of the town was controlled by its government. where thus they established a uniform legal system. There was also where appeal civil and criminal cases that were often moved to higher courts. The highest court to be there would be the provincial court. The provincial court was after the year 1798, the high court of justice.

] In the past history there has been a lot of history with family issues. This certain case went crazy which it made it important to take records of all an each one of those situations. These records are specifically called allerhande akten. All the records that were in this gave

Their tends to be a variety of courts in amsterdam that the netherlands have adjusted. They have supreme courts, The supreme courts have its highest instance. For example the court acts as a court of cassation. The Judges that take this are appointed to a life time period. That makes them accountable for each of these courts. Also it is established by the lower court and are not reviewed. The court tends to comprise the chief of justice with a total of 38 judges.
There are also many appeal courts that take place which have 19 districts that are divided in its jurisdiction. The each have its own court with all the 19 districts but the the district court is made up of five sectors. The five sectors usually include the administrative sector, civil sector, criminal sector and sub district sector. Due to the 19 districts, they deal as courts. For instance there is criminal cases and civil cases that are not being handled by the 61 sub district courts. overall those are courts that seem to oversee its many courts being handled.
Laws tend to be a very interesting thing in Amsterdam. Laws have been overseen for the past years in this fine country. When it comes to laws it always does not seem to be something you once thought was. Laws change in amsterdam, when tourist attract they have the need to think drugs are perfectly legal in amsterdam. Case wrong, Amsterdam does have its illegal laws when it comes to drugs. They are Illegal not legal but the in this case Marijuana is considered a low drug
