Organizations are always looking for better ways to improve their effectiveness and efficiency. Employees have all different talents and ability, one way of maximizing their skills is by forming teams. When management have a new goal and vision in mind, an effective way to is to create a team. The teams facilitate and motivates employees’ participation in any project. Teams are more flexible and responsive to changing events than traditional departments or other forms of permanent groupings. They can quickly assemble, deploy, refocus, and disband. They are an effective means for management to democratize organizations and increase employee motivation.
Groups are different in the sense that a group is compose of two or more individuals who interact and are interdependent that comes together to achieve a particular objective. There are many different types of groups. A work group for example, comes together to share information and make decisions and help each member perform their on duty. In the team everyone works together. The work groups don’t have a need to work collectively or require joint effort.

Development Team
Victoria Adams is the superintendent of schools for Washington, D.C. has been an intermediate between the foundation and the schools principle and teachers.
She believes the schools and the foundation should have bigger roles when it comes to decision making and implementation of the programs.
Duane Hardy has been a principal in the Washington area for over 15 years.
He knows the systems in and out, and has seen how things have changed in those years
He also thinks the schools should have the most power.
Organizer Mason Dupree
Grew up in the community can have valuable input regarding the school system, foundation and how it affects the community.
He believes the community and parents should be more involved.
The teacher Ari Kaufman I think will be less effective in the team, He is well liked by his students but doesn’t get along well with other faculty members. In order for the any team to function everyone has to be willing to work together as a team. Since the teacher doesn’t get along with other staff this
