How might people who may not have time to exercise incorporate exercise into their lifestyle?

Children or work holding you back from your physical goals that should never be the case. In this world that we live in today it is becoming increasingly hard to have a break just sit down and relax. Having your boss call you in the middle of the evening to say that you have some more work that need to be done for tomorrow or you have a crying child that just won’t be quiet. We as a society have become so busy and so caught up in work that we forget that we need to take care of ourselves and our physical health. Many jobs now require your full attention, meaning that no matter the time you need to be ready to do work. The best example of this would be doctors, they are always on the lookout for phone calls or notification that tell them to report to work because they have a patient but that is their job and they do it as a service to help the people of this earth and the betterment of it. Typical 8-5 jobs working in the business sector or having a family is also an inconvenience to your physical health. What is exercise? activity requiring physical effort, carried out especially to sustain or improve health and fitness. The key word there is physical effort, just doing something as simple as walking up the stairs instead of taking the elevator is considered exercise.

There are many different ways for you to get some exercise, even with a busy schedule you can always fit in some things that can help you lose some of those extra calories. Starting with a stay at home mother/father who has to take care of children although they already do a lot of walking sometimes they just need that little extra push to help them, the shake weight is a handheld device in which you use two hands to shake a ten pound weight and it gives you a complete upper body work out that
