Introduction
The human body is capable of amazing things. One of these things is performing motor skills and abilities. Motor skills and abilities are …………………….. (reference) Performing motor skills and abilities is a major part of survival but also a key factor in sport and recreation. The fascinating thing is not only being able to perform the skill or ability, but the processes that the body undergoes in order to learn them. I was given a novel task of performing a two ball juggle with my non dominant hand. I underwent different stages of learning, practice methods and specific task analysis in order to train myself to perform the juggle which I am going to specifically describe in this report.

Task Analysis
The four one dimension continuums are used in order to break down and analysis skills. These continuums allow you to highlight skill characteristics that need to be executed in order to achieve and perform the skill. These continuums highlight the size of primary musculature required, specificity of where the actions begin or end and the stability of the environment (insert reference).

Importance of motor of cognitive Motor movement is the involvement of muscles and cognitive involves thinking and strategic actions. (Schmidt & Wrisberg, 2004). I found juggling with my non dominant somewhat difficult. I have rated this task in the middle of the continuum. Juggling does involve the use of muscles to accomplish the task but it also requires a lot of thinking due to the fact of using my non dominant hand. They were both as important as each other in this task. I was continuously concentrating throughout the whole skill based on the fact I was using my left hand. I didn’t think of the task as being continuous, but broke it down into 2 steps. Catching and releasing. This helped keep specific focus of what was needed.

Precision of Movement Precision of movement can be either gross or fine. Gross is the use of several large muscle groups and Fine is the use of several smaller muscle groups. I have classified juggling with my non dominant hand to be almost fine. The initial juggle includes the muscles in my left arm and my wrist and fingers as well as using a lot of hand eye coordination but because it is my non dominant hand some of my throws weren’t accurate which involved the use of my legs therefor I cannot completely classify it as fine.

Environmental Predictability Environment predictably is the environment that the skill is performed in. The environment may include
