If you have ever read/seen Harry Potter, use him and Voldemort. Voldemort has no friends, only followers, and is desperate for power. He chose what he wanted. Harry was fated since before birth, and has many friends and support.Harry is a Gryfinndor, and Voldemort was a Slytherin. They are rival houses in Hogwarts. Voldemort is easy to hate because he is ruthless, uses people, and kills to advance his own power. Voldemort is the antagonist. Harry is the protagonist. Voldemort is also portrayed as ugly and snake-like, which connotes evil. Also, Voldemort killed Harry's parents, and tried to kill him, an innocent one year old, and has killed many other innocents. Harry mainly uses his power for good and to help people (like when he went back in time with Herminoe curtosy of the time turner in his third year to save Buckbeak and Sirius, his godfather.) And, while Harry is distressed at the death around him, Voldemort kills and seems very comfortable doing it. Harry seems to have emotions, and Voldemort doesn't. Harry struggles with putting others in danger, especially when it is for his own benefit. He falls in love with his best friend Ron's sister, Ginny, but breaks it off for her own good. Harry is very passionate for Quidditch, a magical sport, and mourns for the loss of his parents at all the major moments. We see that Harry suffered as a child, as he was basically neglected by his Aunt Petunia and Uncle Vernon Dursley.
