1. The reason why God sent Joan of arc was to end the war as quickly as possible and save Loire River Valley from the English. Joan was sent to Orleans and was able to push the English out in 6 days. God doesn’t want war but he wanted to end the war as soon as possible and he knew that she would be able to end it. Joan did not want to kill anyone but instead lead and guide them through it. God wants peace, and if Joan didn’t push off the English army, France wouldn’t be the same as it is today. It would have probably become an English colony and several other wars could have started from that.

I would declare war on the illegalization of marijuana. People who suffer from epilepsy or who are suffering from cancer use marijuana to help them go through their lives. It bothers me how people take advantage of this drug and use it to get “high” when it should be used to help people who really need it. It is one of the most natural drugs someone can use because it is just a plant. People like Rob Ford are aggravating to deal with since they’re part of the government of Canada and are not even enforcing their own laws. He is consuming a drug that is not only unnatural but one that is full of chemicals and could actually kill you. People are striving in order to take a medication that is natural and from the earth to coop with their lives and people like rob ford are using a chemically filled drug to get “high”. Love and Peace would immerge if

ultimate sacrifice with acts of courage and selflessness are Joan of Arc, Man in the Red Bandanna, and Jesus Christ. To begin, Joan of Arc was a strong, brave, and courageous woman that stood up for what she believed. “I was thirteen when I had a Voice from God for my help and guidance. The first time that I heard this Voice, I was very much frightened; it was mid-day, in the summer, in my father’s garden” (Pettinger). After that Joan knew that she was going to have to be the one to make a difference…
punishment from god for all who have sinned or betrayed him. Johan Nider on Joan of Arc In this excerpt written by Johan Nider on Joan of Arc, Nider is depicted as a “zealous witch finder”. medium can come close to creating these aspects in such a powerful way. For instance “The Passion of Joan of Arc” directed by Carl Theodore Dreyer had the most significant emotional impact on me, as a viewer, out of any movie that I have ever seen. This is a great example of a new mode of historical representation. The film is purely based of the actual written records of the trial of Joan of Arc. If one were to read these records, I am sure that it would provoke a strong emotional reaction just…
