Critique on JFK

On the President John F. Kennedy’s Inaugural Address, he informs the citizens about the nation’s freedom as well as a change and also asks them to participate more in public service for a better country. President John F. Kennedy asks the fellow citizens to come and work together, for what’s right. “Let every nation know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe to assure the survival and the success of liberty with the help of God” he said. He states that it will not be done in a few days or even our lifetime but let’s begin. His speech is informative or persuasive and maybe a special occasion, since it’s only once every four years. The audience had a mixed gender composition, both male and female. Thousands of people were present as the audience during the speech and there were also millions of people from the media. The audiences were of different race, ethnicity and age, as well as politics listening to speech. Listeners seemed attentive and have interest during the speech. The Inaugural Address was a total of sixteen minutes. President John F. Kennedy had a great posture, eye contact but didn’t use as many gestures, for example, moving hands while talking, or walking around. He had a great enthusiasm while speaking. His voice was loud and clear, whereas some places, he raised it to enforce something great. With his voice loud and clear, he said “ask not what your country can do for you; ask what you can do for your country” the audience cheers and applauds. He also includes questions during his speech, for
