Although in school there were many things in which I could call my favorite but one of the most important things that stood alone was my love for football. Football became one of my favorite things to do in school when I was in 7th because I was very athletic and could relate to a lot of the players and how physical the game was played. In Jr. High school is when I first decided I wanted to play football. Growing up I was a very mischievous child always into something, running around, bumping tables, sliding across the floor. It was things like this that advanced my athleticism and drove me to want to put my efforts into something other than just being a bad child. My mom who didn’t really like sports like football or wrestling because of the rough contact wouldn’t allow me to play at first until I proved I was ready. The following year beginning of 7th grade summer I had grown 5 inches and my body frame had expanded I was 6’1 and weighed almost 200Ibs. It was then my mother had a change of heart my size in which I had grown is really what altered her decision. Then, in my old neighbor where I lived, there where children I had been playing with my whole life. Also I had many cousins and little brothers who also like the sport of football. I can relate to many players that have played the game but only this one specific player seemed different than all the rest. His name was Dwight Freeney.
