Even though I may be young, I have a clear sight for what I want to achieve in the next 5-10 years and I will let nothing get in my way. I have come a long way in life, I have been taught many things, and I know how to work for the things that I want. I would like to be able to receive my associate’s degree in Business Administration from Southeast Community College by the end of June 2014 and at the latest September 2014. I would then like to transfer my credits to a higher up school. Right now my sights are set on Doane College here at the Lincoln campus. I already have a wonderful job in a field that is very promising. I work at Security First Bank, and I have been there for a little over a year now. I have learned a great deal in the past year and I use my skills almost every day, both at work or for personal. I would like to move up at my bank. I have taken many classes at Southeast that have dealt with loans, and I have found that I am quite good at working with them. For me, a job is not only something that gives you a paycheck every two weeks, but a hobby that you enjoy doing that you just happen to get paid for. If you enjoy your work, it never seems like work. As for my personal goals, I would like to be able to move out on my own and show my parents how independent I really am. They have given me a strong set of wings, and continue to shape me into the strong, caring, smart person I am today. With each new day, I learn more and more from them.
