A museum is a place or an institution that serves as a place to store, and to showcase art, science, and other historical, and cultural objects for viewing. Museums are very inspiring and they take exhibits they hold and transfer viewers of the exhibit down a timeline by allowing the viewer to see the exhibit through the eyes of the artist, architect or the exhibitionist.
9. Why do people make pilgrimages to see Mona Lisa?
People make the pilgrimage to see Mona Lisa since it is considered “the” art piece of the Louvre. The opportunity to view the work of Leonardo Da Vinci in person is considered an experience in itself. Even though the painting is not the largest of paintings, just mere looking at the Mona Lisa makes the admire wonder what Mona Lisa was thinking that made her take on her well known expression.
8. How do you feel about people having fun in a museum?
The purpose of visiting a museum is to enlighten oneself with the exhibit to be viewed. It is also hoped that there is fun to be derived from visiting a museum since it not only enriches our knowledge, but also helps us to understand how art influences our everyday line and how others see it. Most of all, it serves as a source of entertainment.
