Many companies go international these days. However, not everyone can be successful. Tim Hortons have their specific methods to be friendly in the global market.

INTRODUCTION
According to Tim Hortons, they had 4,264 system-wide restaurants, including 3,436 in Canada, 804 in the United States and 24 in the Gulf Cooperation Council on December 30th, 2012. They have their specific goals to achieve in the global market. They are already implementing the methods in the United States and other areas.

OBJECTIVES
Their mission is to deliver superior quality products and services for our guests and communities through leadership, innovation and partnerships. Furthermore, they are trying to be the quality leader in everything.

BUSINESS TOPIC
It is important to build a good relationship with the owners. Even though United States is an English-speaking country, there is no doubt that they have their own cultures. As a result, it is important to maintain a positive relationship with the restaurant owners. Understanding their culture and adapting new things is necessary in the global market.

STRATEGIC SUCCESS
Tim Hortons is providing many different kinds of programs to be a member of society. Because building trust with suppliers and customers is important, Tim Hortons is trying hard to make the community better and help economically disadvantaged people. This helps Tim Hortons in building good brand image.

BUSINESS PRINCIPLE
Transparency and trust are the most important aspect to run a company in the global market. Entering other markets is not an easy process. It cannot happen in one day. Preparing and making strategies are the best options that the company can have.

IMPLEMENTATION
Tim Hortons is already providing quality services in Canada. There are still many things to improve to provide a better service. Tim Hortons needs to find a way to implement their know-hows into other foreign markets.

LESSONS LEARNED
Making profits is not just a company’s final goal. Being a member of society is something that the company cannot get achieve easily. Also, there are different kinds of people around the world and everyone have their own tastes. When the company goes international, it can create jobs to the local people but it does not always mean that they are helping the community.

Coffee became a significant part of our lives for the last decades. As society grows faster and rapidly,
