Interaction Paper: Caucasian Female Individual with Blonde Hair

Abstract
A Caucasian female individual with blonde hair will be the topic for discussion for this particular documentation. There will be several aspects that will be included in this documentation. Some topics that will appear in this documentation happened to be the different types of barriers that were faced before the whole interview process. Some strength that this individual showed in the interview will be another aspect in this document. The different type of stereotypes dispelled that is discuss among others about individuals of this kind will be another topic that will be discuss throughout. Where interaction took place and why individual was selected: The interview with this individual who will remain nameless took place in a quiet surrounding. The quiet surrounding in which it took place at was on campus at East Carolina University in Joyner Library. Meeting up with this individual in the library was more convenient for her due to the fact this was the first time meeting each other in person. Being in an open area where it was quiet this particular individual felt the most comfortable and was ready to proceed with the interview. The interview started around noon on a lovely Monday morning. It was a fresh start to a new week. Choosing a topic for this documentation was hard but choosing a particular person from a different racial background was even harder. A Caucasian female with blonde hair was a start to this process, but finding a person that was willing to talk about their race or their background was hard. Mutual friends are what helped determine the perfect female for this particular project. The individual that was chosen for this interview was very excited to share information to be included within this presentation. A Caucasian female with blonde hair fit this individual perfectly.
Barriers prior to interaction There are many barriers that people may face when approaching different interaction among others. As far as this interview may go barriers that could be faced was not knowing this person well enough so being very sensitive of one’s feelings or emotions played a huge role in this interview. Going in this interview process not knowing this individual at all could be awkward. There are so many stereotypes that regards to this selective choice for this topic about the documentation. The media makes it seem as if Caucasian females with blonde hair have a lower IQ than any other Caucasian female of any other hair color. By asking this particular individual questions related to what the media might think of them could go well or it could go the total opposite. This individual might totally disagree with the media and voice their own opinion. Last but not least another barrier that could be faced when approaching this individual is the lack of communication. Short response or no response could lead to a dead end when finishing out the rest of the interview.
Strengths of Individual As the interview process has begun this individual was very open minded about discussing some of the topics that were chosen to talk about when preparing for this interview. The individual was very aware of why they were chosen to be apart of this interview. Most people in this young community are not to opened or friendly when it comes to being categorized in a certain group. This particular individual was succeeding throughout college. While double majoring and maintaining an excellent grade point average she was definitely on her way to doing well in her future. Being categorize as blonde did not affect her life as much as people would have thought. She did not let being stereotyped stop her from succeeding if anything
