一.用途及特点(characteristic and usage) 螺旋输送机是一种通用型、短距离运输设备。广泛使用于冶金、
矿山、煤炭、化工、建材、粮食等行业。
Screw conveyer is a kind of general equipment, which is widely applied to metallurgy, mining, coal, chemical, construction and food industries.
螺旋输送机可单机使用亦可多台联机组成一个运输系统。既可满足水平输送亦可成一定倾角提升运输。是一种结构简单性能优良的连续
运输设备；主要用于输送粉状颗粒状和小块物料；它不宜输送易变质的粘性地和易结块的物料。使用的环境温度为-20～50ºC,物料温度小于200ºC,输送机的倾角小于20º。
Screw conveyor can used a single machine, or equipped with other machines to union a conveying system. It’s such kind of machine, simple structure as well as superior performance, could satisfied the horizontal as well as slope material conveying. And mainly used to conveying powder, pellet or small size material, not suitable to cohesive material, or something easy to caking together. Operating environmental temperature is -20～50ºC, the temperature of material should be lower than 200ºC. incline angle less than 20º.

三.结构与工作原理
Structure and working principle

1.螺旋输送机由：1电动机2.减速机3.联轴器4.尾部支承5.排料口6.观察口7.上盖板8.合盖螺栓9.输送螺旋10.底架11.进料口12.头部支承
装置等组成。
Screw conveyor is composed of:
1, motor,2 speed reducer, 3,bearing device,4 tail supporting, 5, discharge opening, 6,observation port,7, upper board,8 screw bolt, 9 conveying screw 10, bottom struction,11 input opening, 12 head supporting.
2.有电动机输出动力至螺旋轴，随着螺旋叶片的轴向旋转，被输送
物料沿螺旋线方向作轴向移动，形成了物料的位移。
