Checkup A.
1. I would follow the 6 functions that lead to a successful sports competition which are: Planning, Motivating, Organizing, Staffing or Tasking, Leading and Controlling.
First, I would plan everything and anything that would and will happen during competition. I would try to anticipate problems that could possibly occur and make sure everything else related to the competition is working smoothly.
Second, I would motivate all the people involved in the progression and structuring of the competition by maybe giving an inspirational pep talk or message to inspire them to have the desire and will to make it a great success!
Third, I would properly organize everything as neatly and as systematic as humanly-possible. This will help to keep the progression of the competition steady and make things easier for staff to handle.
Fourth, I would task everybody working to the benefit of the competition with jobs that approriately suit each and every one of the persons involved. It will ensure that everything will be finished on time by different workers in their own field of specialty.
Fifth, I would show exellent leadership in order to again motivate others and guide the competition into the way of success. This is important because without leadership, the foundation of any activity of this would collapse instantly.
Sixth, I would control what does and does not go on in preparations and during the competition in order to conduct everything on time, successfully and ultimately with joy.

5. Victory should be one of two goals that are in a sports competition. Those two goals are: Victory and Sportsmanship.
