Financial Analysis Summary
1. How well has management added value? Reviewing the added value of Verizon Communications the management has done a great job, however with AT&T the management is lacking when it comes to added value. The added value shows the difference between the company’s fair value and its invested capital.
2. Is the company's financial performance improving? AT&T financial performance does not seem to improving as much as Verizon Communications, they seem to be saying the same or declining when it comes to their financial performance.
3. Would you invest your financial capital in the selected firm as a shareholder? Why or why not? I would invest my financial capital in both AT&T and Verizon Communications as a shareholder because of the history both companies has, either way I would make a invest capital on the money I invested.
4. Would you invest your human and intellectual capital in the firm as an employee? Why or why not? I would definitely invest my human and intellectual capital in the firm as an employee because I would have the inside scoop of the company and would know when to pull or increase my investment.
