First grab a water bottle and peel off the wrapper around it. Then, take your lighter and burn a hole ¾ of the way down on the water bottle. Take your index finger and stretch the to a decent size. Next, burn another very small hole on the side of the water bottle to use as a carb hole. Then you have to take a piece of aluminum foil and cover the first hole you made with it. When the hole is covered, take small pieces of tape, and tape the sides down so that the aluminum foil does not fall off. Next you will now take the toothpick and poke small holes into the aluminum foil. Once you have down all these steps you are done making the water bottle bong.
