Not Paying Tolls!

A couple in Dallas Texas had 236,000 dollars in unpaid tolls. The couple went through 14,358 tolls and did not pay one of them. The couple is in extremely high debt owing the state of Texas 236,000 dollars that had to be paid by Wednesday the 23rd of October. There couple did not pay the tolls because they couldn’t afford it but they were largely involved in travel so that why they went through so many toll booths. While reading this article it made me feel a little confused because I didn’t understand that if a couple has enough money to travel everywhere and go through all these toll booths, why didn’t they have the money to pay off the tolls. I didn’t understand why they would just push that off to the side not knowing that it will catch up with them and they will be in extreme debt.
