About 72 million American’s; more than one third of all adults are obese. This condition substantially increase the risk for a long list of illnesses. Including heart disease,stroke, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, infertility, Alzheimer's,and endometrial,breast,prostate, and colon cancer. The easiest way to determine that you are obese is to calculate the body mass(BMI); The ratio of your weight to your height. Adults with a BMI of 25 or higher are considered overweight;or 30 or higher are considered obese.
Some people have a strong role in determining if they are obese or not. There are a lot of people all over that store fat more easily and loss it readily more than others. Even if they eat and exercise and follow all the exercises. Environmental exercises influence obesity as well. Extreme changes in our society over the past 30 years have thrown us into an environment that our bodies were not meant for. People don’t actually realize that we spend more time sitting, driving, eating portions of high calorie, high fat, and high fat food than ever before, and we spend less time being physically active. But regardless of all the reasons for the increase of obesity, maintaining healthy weight comes down to balancing the number of calories we eat and drink with the number of calories that we burn through exercise and everyday activities. Everyone has the chance to achieve it as well.
