5. “P90X is a new revolutionary weight loss program of twelve sweat inducing muscle-pumping workouts, designed to transform your body from regular to ripped in just ninety days. The secret behind the P90X system is an advanced training technique called Muscle Confusion™, which accelerates the results process by constantly introducing new moves and routines so your body never plateaus, and you never get bored! Whether you want to get lean, bulk up, or just plain get ripped, there's an endless variety of ways to mix and match the routines to keep you motivated the full 90 days and beyond.” This is the advertisement for P90X. I chose this weight control promotional because it claims you can be in top shape in 90 days and stay motivated after that. It also says you will never get bored, which I don’t believe because you can only make exercise so fun. The Bowflex Ultimate 2 Home Gym is the exercise fitness
Brown 2 product I chose. It claims to be the best seller and claims “The Bowflex Ultimate 2 Home Gym is a total-body solution that delivers everything you could possibly imagine for great fitness results. It offers over 95 exercises and includes a lat tower, leg extension/leg curl station, preacher curl attachment, integrated squat station and more.” It claims to be a total-body solution that has everything you could possibly want and I really doubt that. You have to work with more than one machine to tone everything. I chose Proactive as my health and beauty aid. You see commercials for it on every channel. The Proactive site claims “We promise you a great opportunity to enjoy a lifetime of smooth, clear, healthy-looking skin—without any risk. You have nothing to lose but your acne!” It says there is no risk in using this product but what about for people with very sensitive skin? I am pretty confident they would be taking a risk in using this product, they run the risk of breaking out or getting a rash.

7. The only vaccine required by International Health Regulations is yellow fever vaccination for travel to certain countries in sub-Saharan Africa and tropical South America. Meningococcal vaccination is required by the government of Saudi Arabia for annual travel during the Hajj. To prevent food borne diseases, consumers should:
1. Cook meat, poultry and eggs thoroughly.
2. Separate food. Don't cross-contaminate one food with another. Avoid cross-contaminating foods by washing hands, utensils, and cutting boards after they have been in contact with raw meat or poultry and before they touch another food.
3. Refrigerate leftovers promptly. Bacteria can grow quickly at room temperature, so refrigerate leftover foods if they are not going to be eaten within 4 hours.
4. Wash produce. Rinse fresh fruits and vegetables in running tap water to remove visible dirt and grime
5. Report suspected food borne illnesses to your local health department.

8. When looking up information on the web, you should take a few things into consideration. First, is it someone’s personal page? Read the URL carefully and look for a personal name or the words “users”, “members”, or “people.” Check what type of domain it comes from such as educational, nonprofit, commercial, government, etc. (.gov,.edu,.org). Look for links that say “about us” or “biography.” Check who wrote the page. Look for the name of the author, or the name of the organization, institution, agency, or who is responsible for the page. If there is no personal author, look for an agency or organization that claims responsibility for the page. Make sure the page is dated and current enough for the topic you are researching. Check the author’s credentials on the subject. If you cannot find strong, relevant credentials, look closely at documentation of sources. Make sure the sources are documented with footnotes or links. If there are
