Healthy vs. Happy
Many individuals have busy lifestyles, which can interfere with eating healthy and being happy.
Lifestyles can alter your emotions, which can hinder a person ability from being active. Unhealthy individuals sometimes do not lose their enjoyment of living their life. They rather accept complications and issues for what they are. Know matter, how much of excruciating pain they are facing they will still find away to embrace happy moments. I believe being happy and healthy goes hand and hand. It’s unbearable to live with one, without the other. If you happen to be diagnosed with an illness that effects your health, it will create a huge impact towards your wellbeing.
The first step of happiness is to have confident within yourself. Learn to love and admire who you are, even within your flaws. Everyone have insecurities about themselves, but some are just plain silly. The key to minimizing your insecurities is to recognize your flaws and to be open for change as well as constructive criticism. If you are able to do that, you my friend have open the door to endless possibilities. In order to maintain happiness you must be grateful for what you have and for who you are. Always remember that there are others who are less fortunate and not so blessed. Though obstacles you may face in life, remember to always laugh. Evening laugh at yourself, know matter how dire your life may seem at that given moment. Your job, hobbies, routine and your need for change plays a tremendous factor in your lively hood. Keeping these important details, in order in your life can keep you focus to completing your goals while experiencing life.
The first step of maintaining your health is to maintain healthy eating habits. To get all the nutrition the body needs, eat protein, fat and carbs in every meal. By doing that, you’ll have a healthy brain, healthy heart and a well functional immune system. Sleep is also a very important part of your health.
Sleeping is a good way to prevent overeating, which means the more you sleep the less carbs you will intake. It’s imperative to stick to an exercise regimen. The more muscle you develop the more calories you will burn. Also limit your vices and improve your psychological health. By doing so, you will look and feel must healthier. As I said before, both your health and happiness are very important to humans wellbeing. The first step of happiness is to have confident within yourself.
