The objective of our project is to build college dorms at an affordable price.

The purpose of the College Cribs project is to generate a new main dwelling for college students. This project meets NYU and Hunter College for the need of more affordable housing for their upperclassmen. The projects deliverables shall include: * Landscaping * The foundation, with basement for laundry, * The main home * Deck, Patio, and Screen room

Company Goals and Objectives: Goals are destinations—where you want your business to be. Objectives are progress markers along the way to goal achievement. For example, a goal might be to have a healthy, successful company that is a leader in customer service and that has a loyal customer following. Objectives might be annual sales targets and some specific measures of customer satisfaction.

Our overall goal as a company is to Ensure the completion on the construction on our buildings and to further our company’s growth for the future.
