Friendship

Good friends last forever. Being a good friend is not just about having a good time with them, it's also about how willing you are to put your friends first or point out when they're doing something you don't agree with. Good friends don't just go with the flow, sometimes they have to be honest and tell you what they really think. The sign of a good friendship is when you can be totally honest with that person, without them being offended because they know you have their best interests at heart. When I was in elementary school I had a friend called Stephanie, we went to the same school, and we were always together at recess and did our homework together as well. We would always go to the same birthday parties and where matching dresses. We used to live nearby, so our friendship grew strong not only because we spent a lot of time together but because we had the same interest and I knew she trusted me as much as I trusted her. Unfortunately when we got to high school she ended up moving to Mexico. When my best friend moved we were both devastated because I knew I was not going to see her again. We completely lost contact for all fours years of high school. After those years I decide to go to Mexico to study international business. To my surprise Stephanie had also enrolled in the same school that I did. I was so happy we had reunited. It was like we never separated, nothing had changed between us, we still had that special bond.
