1. If a person is having trouble falling asleep, running and eating at night does not really help. Running hyper you up and raises your metabolism making it hard to fall asleep. Jogging two hours before sleep will be the best choice at night. In the morning is the best time for anyone to jog, the exercise helps open eyes up and keep alerted., some times even better than caffeine. And when someone is eating right before sleep the person will have a disturbed sleep cycle. Digestion will make it hard to stay asleep at night and wakes people up from sleep. One way to fall asleep is to make the room quiet, peaceful, and dark. By exercising in the morning people get more deep sleep without awakening.
6. Subliminal messages are not really perceived from people. If someone does not hear crystal clear it doesn’t affect him or her. Some studies showed that people do not respond to buying from advertisements in movies. And if this is a message that is only heard in slow motion people don’t tend to notice it. For anyone to get a message they have to be conscious in their mind about it. The human brain does not work that well to capture or hear a glimpse of the message that fast.
