The city of Fontana is a community within the San Bernardino County that is rising and progressing from its rural state after its discovery on 1913. The city was founded by Azariel Blanchard Miller and around the remains of the World War II, an entrepreneur, Henry J. Kaiser helped contribute to its industrialization after building large steel mill in the area that promoted employment for its residents and neighboring cities. Today, Fontana’s presence could not be easily ignored; it is where the trucking industry is prominent due to the Interstate 10 freeways and the State 210 freeways’ connecting with the Interstate 15 freeway that passes through Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Montana and all the way to Canada.
In the census of the year 2000, Fontana had a population of 128,929. In 2010, an increase of population by 58% percent boosted its numbers by 197,009. The latest census, which is 2014-2015 shows minimal change that went up to 203,003.

Now even though Fontana’s population did not increase significantly, there was a dramatic change in the costs of residential properties. In 2010, the median home cost in Fontana was $259,800; and in 2014 it rose its median cost to 307,800 which is about a 19% increase within the course of 5 years.

The household income in Fontana by the year 2000 was about $45,782. In 2010, the household income went up to $64,195 and the most recent income which is 2015 is about $74, 717.
