“You were put on this earth to achieve your greatest self, to live out your purpose, and to do it fearlessly.” Throughout life, people feel afraid to do certain things, so they regard fear as the offender of their unwillingness. The idea to me means that no one should ever back down from anything because they are afraid. Fear is only an excuse to not do something and fear is a burden that many people drag around like a cumbersome bag. I am fearless; I won’t let anything or anyone hold me back. I will do anything to get over the guilt in my heart. I have several example why I know I am fearless, my first being able to perform in front of a large audience. I have been performing since I was four years old. Since then I was never feared getting up in front of an audience. As a dancer, I believe that you shouldn’t be afraid of performing. Sometimes I may get nervous while I’m backstage about to dance. As I dance on stage I leave all the fear on the stage and let loose. This year I auditioned for the World Championships of Performing Arts. I wasn’t afraid, I knew that I am a wonderful dancer and I had a ninety percent chance of getting accepted. This competition is similar to the Olympics, just the performing arts version. That means that there are a variety of countries that will be there. My biggest fear is going against dancers that are more flexible, dancer that can do more turns, dancers with higher jumps, and even dancers that are skinny as a toothpick. Then
