May 10 – May 13 Osbourn Park High School Gym and Parkside Middle School main gym. At Osbourn Park High School Boys and Girls locker rooms used by the teams and the JV football locker room used by officials. At Parkside Middle School Boys and Girls locker rooms used by teams coaches locker room used by officials.

Facilities Prepared
1. Clean gym thoroughly:
A. floor
B. dressing rooms
C. walls
D. public restrooms
2. Check lighting, heat, water, and telephones
3. Check clock and scoreboard
4. Check public address system
5. Provide radio and press tables
6. Check game officials’ dressing room
7. Check space for concession stand
8. Check game ball and practice balls (have pump handy)
9. Check nets for baskets
10. Have valuable bags for the teams to take to the bench
11. Check parking area
12. Display USA flag (for National Anthem)
Tickets
1. Secure sellers and takers
2. Separate tickets must be purchased for split sessions
3. Have conscientious, reliable door-keepers

Security and Medical
1. Check with local police or sheriff (have ample police protection to assure safety of players, fans, coaches and game officials, inside and outside)
2. Alert the fire department of tournament
3. Have a school nurse, doctor or certified athletic trainer available
