INTRODUCTION
Case 1:

As the manager of a manufacturing company in
Asia, my employees (mostly women) are paid a subsistent wage. If they attempt to become unionized and, demand higher wages, headquarter is likely to close the location and move elsewhere, causing everyone to lose their jobs.
Case 2:
Marketing manager in Mexico needs to decide whether or not to spend his discretionary funds to travel back to the US with his colleagues or spend the time volunteering in the community.
