What are the positive aspects of stereotypes, if any?

There are a few positive aspects of stereotypes. They can people you get a job, promotion, friends, and much more. Of course, this is if you are about of the stereotypes such as tall people do better than short people or whites are less likely to commit crime than blacks. It can people help be more careful towards who they trust, some times that is not always a bad thing.

What are the negative aspects of stereotypes?

There are many negative aspects of stereotypes. It does not give people equal opportunity because not everyone is like the stereotypes that are made. It can also make that person who has a stereotype loose opportunity because they could have been very good for business or a friendship.In some cases, stereotyping can also effect your happiness.
