I am a very motivated and hardworking individual who gives 100% commitment to any project or duties that I am responsible for. I ensure that they are completed on time and to the highest of standards.

I feel that my current role has given me many skills and attributes that would be relevant to this position. The customers that are referred to myself are usually already unhappy and it is crucial that I deliver an excellent level of service and efficiency as they are of high importance to our company as they often have numerous policies and provide the company with a high volume of business. I aim to do this by firstly making it clear to the customer that my aim is to resolve any issues that they have and secondly, reassure them that they will not experience a repeat of this should they continue to use our services. It is vital that I build a good relationship with customers in order to achieve this.

Furthermore, I have gained the ability to recognise the importance of feedback from customers and I am required to do a regular analysis of the nature of the complaints that we have received and then interpret what the information tells us and how we can look to make changes to improve the service that we provide to minimise the volume of future complaints.

In addition to this I am also currently undertaking a part time Open University degree in psychology. Various modules of this degree (namely Social Sciences) involve analysis of data that has been obtained and learning how to interpret the different meanings of the data or evidence presented.

I would like to stress at this point that although I do have University commitments the course is on a part time basis and the degree is designed to ensure that it does not interfere with my full time employment, and the degree will only reflect on my work in a positive manner through the skills I can apply to my work.

I have worked very hard to get to the position that I am in with my current employers, however I feel that I have progressed as far as the structure of the company will allow me to do so. Therefore I am seeking a new challenge, for an employee that appreciates hardworking individuals, for which I aim to develop a successful career.
