Following a monthly Parole Board meeting, the results are posted on the Pardon and Parole Board web site within 7 calendar days. Each facility is responsible for retrieving the results, notifying the offender of the results and submitting the offender's home offer on OMS to the appropriate probation and parole district, unless the parole recommendation is to detainer, interstate, consecutive sentence or required program stipulations. An offender can be recommended for parole with several of these options. If the offender is recommended to: Stage II docket - (The offender is passed to the next month's docket so victims can be notified and appear if they choose.) No action required by DOC. Tie vote - (The offender is passed to the next month's docket for consideration.) No action required by DOC. CS - (Consecutive Sentence) - Rap sheets are requested on Stage II inmates within 7 calendar days of receiving the Pardon and Parole Board results. Rap sheets are received within 24 hours from the request. The file is prepared within 5 calendar days of receipt of information and sent to the Pardon and Parole Board. Detainer - Rap sheets are requested on Stage II inmates within 7 calendar days after receiving the Pardon and Parole Board results. Rap sheets are normally returned within 24 hours. Street on Medical Docket - Approximately 14 calendar days prior to the Pardon and Parole Board meeting, the agency Parole Processing Staff requests rap sheets from 1 Internal Affairs on Stage I inmates, home offers are requested from the facility and residence verifications are requested from the Division of Probation and Parole/Community Sentencing. Once all information is received, it is forwarded to the Pardon and Parole Board.
