America or walking round balls?

Did you know? According to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) the percentage of children aged 6-11 years old in the United States who were obese increased from 7% in the 1890 to nearly 18% in 2012. Given that, Childhood obesity has more than doubled in children and quadrupled in adolescents in the past 30 yrs. So what is it in America that we have our children getting larger by the second that we have “Obesity” named a disorder. In where a child has too much unnecessary fat. It is sad that this its called a disorder or even a disease because of the type of society we live in today. Although, on the contrary being obese is in fact unhealthy and can causes serious consequences and damage in your body. Starting off young increases the chances even more to continue being fat when you’re older if it isn’t stopped at a young age. So, where does obesity begin or start of? Sitting down not only increases the chances of being obese but pushes them to eat constantly when they see advertisements of food and candy when commercials are going on. If children aren’t driven to play outside it’ll be too late and the consequences are later to be faced. Now that it’s understood that television and an abundant of indoor activity is not good another cause of obesity is the way you eat and what goes in your mouth in young ones. For example, a child must be monitored in what they eat and consume. This is where the food group comes in. The group helps better understand what should be included in a child’s daily diet, like vegetables, and fruits that keep them active and strong throughout the day. It’s important to know that when carelessness is preformed towards children they’re in danger to being exposed to foods that can be in poor health. There’s also the uncertainty of fast food restaurants. Oh boy, and that’s a bad one. A normal Burger King Whopper has an average of 670 calories and 40 g of fat. Can you say, Fattening? Neglect comes in the picture when parents that are considered forgetful either feed their child with foods like these when they don’t have
