Real Madrid, sometimes I wonder why? But then I think a little bit more and I realized that the answer is really obvious!! They are part of the best soccer team around the world.We can all say that Real Madrid is one of the best football clubs in the world, but why not say that it’s the best. To begin we will always have those fans who will argue that when you have clubs with the caliber that A.C Milan, and Barcelona have you can’t define one team as the ultimate best. But in this case I strongly belief that Madrid is the Best overall. Why, look at the numbers, the history and their greatness.To begin some may argue that Barcelona has won most of the titles in Spain and around the world currently, but greatness isn’t measured just by the present but also by your past and that is why Madrid still stands apart form all these clubs like Barcelona, Manchester Utd, and Milan. Let’s kick off by stating that Madrid has achieved the most Uefa Champions Leagues in history, which is nine, its closest competitor only having 5. And if anyone where to say that currently the best club we can go back and check current statistics where it shows that Real Madrid is 10 points clear of Barcelona in La
Liga. We could also show that Madrid averages 4 goals per game which is a high in La Liga history. Another big statistic that we could demonstrate is that in the last campaign they scored a record high of 130 goals in the campaign, while Barcelona only achieved 100.
In addition to all these great numbers Madrid has also possessed some of the most skilled athletes. Ranging from the great Hugo Sanchez to the Galactico Zinidin Zidan, to the current greatest forward Cristiano Ronaldo.
