It has been a desire of mine to study aboard and to achieve a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. I strongly believe in applying maximum effort towards a goal and successfully achieving it. I was born and raised in Saudi Arabia, originally from Pakistan. Living and experiencing different cultures surely has given a lot of exposure and at the same time I have seen people of different walks of life living there, who are struggling to reach their goals. Major differences I have noticed here and Saudi society is, the way people perceive their future. I think this is what brings me here to experience the challenge while accomplishing my goal. Therefore I am applying to North Carolina State University Engineering program. Enrolling in North Carolina State University Engineering program will be an opportunity to gain knowledge. This school will give me opportunity to further myself. Time management, studying habits, better organizational skills and responsibility are just a few characteristics, I hope to develop further by attending this institution.

Leadership is person voice, which is heard by group of individual to attain a common goal .But my idea of leadership is being role model, set an example for others, being able to inspire not just to follow your lead. To be a successful leader, you have to be able to convince your followers, not just yourself or your superiors, that you are worthy of being followed. This builds confidence in their followers to have faith in you, in order to be able to lead. I strongly believe that good leaders are made rather, and not born.
