The second contract within RSTM is the medical and forensic side of the business which is known as Non PECs. The medical side of the contract is responsible for the provision of doctors and nurses to provide medical assistance to both victims of crime and prisoners depending on the requirements, the medical assistance required can consist of carrying out various examinations following an assault, providing medication or dealing with injuries. The forensic side of the contract is used to transport forensic evidence to and from the courts and laboratories.
