I have a lot of experience with work. I think work in my own words means being occupied. It could also means doing a physical or mental activity. For an example I am going to work out at 3 then go to work. I go to Youngstown state university, I’m currently a sophomore. I stay on campus in the courtyards. My mom and dad both went to college, my mom went to NC. State and my dad went to the University of Pittsburgh. My mom majored in accounting, while my dad majored in business management. They both work very hard at their jobs and even outside of their jobs. For an example my mom is an accounted and she also sell and buy houses. My dad has his own rim shop. My parents have a strong work ethic just like me. Before I came to college I played football in high school and had two jobs talk about hard work and being busy. I have a lot of actual work experience in my life. I have worked a lot of different places with different people. I worked for free sometimes or got paid under the table and even worked with my dad and my mom for money. I worked for free at my church to help the people in my community. My experience with my fellow employees is what has taught me the most from my time at custom wheels. Over my four years many employees have come and go. Therefore, I have worked with adults who have kids and are just making enough to get by, and people like me, working part time to make some extra money and learn a few life lessons. Working with the lower income employees has showed that money has a much higher value to some people, and they appreciate many of the things that the more fortunate take for granted, such as something as simple as a car ride home.

I have learned a lot from working with a variety of employees. One thing is how to deal with drama in the workplace. Over my fairly short work life, I have experienced many employee on employee arguments, and even the somewhat rare employee on customer arguments, the key is how one deals with it. For quarrels with another employee you actually have to be a tattle-tale, no matter how childish it may be. If you try and take matters into your own hands when a problem is too big for yourself to handle, it can get ugly, therefore you should immediately tell your manager or
