A written response to a voice mail message for an emergency leave.

RE: Un-approved emergency leave

According to our records this is the fourth time that you have applied for an emergency leave. You have already taken three emergency leaves in last two months and Assistant Manager Nina Hernandez had been replacing you for last two weekends.

Your recently requested emergency leave has not been approved because this weekend the work load was greater than the previous one and we were already short-staffed therefore we didn’t have any staff member to replace you in your absence.

This notice has been dispatched to make you realize that you are taking too many leaves which are not bearable for the institution. The institution honors your services therefore you are requested to control the number of your leaves otherwise the institution will have to take a serious action.

Thank you.

Anil Joseph.
