Effectiveness the degree to which something is successful in producing a desired result which is success and in this essay I will be explaining how effective is the legal and non-legal methods in resolving methods. In the non-legal methods I will be covering the role of the members of parliament and the media and how we can access it. And also the protection of rights. In the legal methods I will be covering going through lawsuits, media, arbitration and many types of negotiation.

Non-legal methods are methods that don't require the court or lawyers to get involved. Non-legal methods is where the two parties who decide to have dispute must sit down and negotiate and talk about the problem to solve it. Non-legal methods are not enforceable so any party can refuse to use this method with any legal consequence. This is not equal and right because sometimes people who have done a crime might get away with it with being punished. The non-legal methods are easy to access and more cheaper than the courts and also doesn’t take a lot of time until decision is agreed. Non-legal methods are mostly used by two couples who are married and want to get a divorce. You would use the courts if you want your protection against the criminals around the world and so you want the law to be just and get the criminal to be punished for his acts. This process is more expensive and may not always lead to a win because the judge will look back at past cases and dismiss the court so your rights might not always be protected and sometimes not equal. So some people may not be able to afford the process so they could use alternative resolving dsiputes to solve the issues with the party with the court and its inexpensive. The rights of the victims are to
