The Secret Lives of Sgt John Wilson
In the book of The Secret Lives of Sgt. John Wilson the author Lois Simme did an excellent job at telling the story. I appreciate how her son, Scott Simme came home from Moscow where he produced the news for CBC and presented her with a ticket to Scotland in February 1995. April 1st she was in the village of Slamannan to find the old letters, case files, and have the joys to find Helen Wilson, John and Polly’s daughter in the New Register House in Edinburgh. Satisfying facts she rediscovered while her visit in Scotland was Helen (John and Polly’s Daughter) tells Lois about Hogmanay. Chapter Ten the first footing, Clyde Barrow stepped into the house first, as always a dark haired man has to walk in first. Blonde man was unlucky because he might be a Norse invader. Terrible luck it was that a red haired man. After that everything seemed to go downhill for Polly’s family from then on. Elizabeth Craig, Polly Wilsons sister made a great effort at keeping in touch with Polly as she came over to Canada and when she went missing the letter to police officers and cables did a good job at tabbing into what was happening where john was going on and how deceiving he was. Jacks ‘dying’ sister sent Jessie letters, to lose all connections back home.
