Chapter:4 bettle told the midwifes secret and than the midwife said that she be beaten and given more work. And the next day the midwife was not there and bettle knew where the midwife was and miller needed the midwife and he asked bettle if she knew where midwife was bettle could not tell anyone where midwife was at so miller took bettle by the arm and dragged her by the arm and in a few minutes she was in the miller’s cottage. And the reason why the miller need the midwife Was because his wife was pale and was very sick and she could no longer wanted the child . so the millers wife asked bettle to make it stop but bettle was sore afraid so the millers wife grabbed bettles arm and began to ask after a few minutes the miller’s wife let go of Bttle’s arm and started to throw thing that she could each from her bed. Suddenly the door flew open and the midwife stood at the door.she shouted OUT to bettle.and the midwife started to slap the miller;s wife one two three times than bettle lost count. Finally when the slapping ad creaming stopped. The midwife led the millers wife back to the high soft bed and holding her bruised face in her hands and poured a mug of wormwood tea down her throat and finally the millers wife began her labors again ,and finaly , as bettle told the cat later “there comes the baby”.
