1) Venture Idea:

In the town of Torbay there is a need for a Nail Salon for the teenage girls and even can get their nails done for special occasions or even just to have them done. The opportunity for this is to have one for anyone looking to get their nails done have a place to go with reasonable prices as well and not huge waiting times to get your nails done. Our idea is to open a nail salon for the woman of Torbay to have some where to go, the way this would work is to have the salon open and be able to offer specials for grads to get their nails done for prom. For example we will offer per cents off for grads and brides and even different season nails. This would be ideal for the town to have especially for anyone wanting there nails done in a hurry.

2) Group Meeting Number One Summary:

When interviewed by another group, we came to a realization that our business needs some potential changes to ensure our business reaches maximum success. It was suggested that we put our business in a central spot to attract clients and receive more publicity. We all discussed the origin of the idea of the business and how we would promote the business. A facebook page has been made to promote the business.
