Narrative:
05-22-13, Wednesday, 0950 Hours:
I was dispatched to 1242 E. Bridge St. Hanford regarding a possible PC 415; family disturbance.
05-22-13, 1000 Hours:
I arrived at 1242 E. Bridge St. Hanford and contacted "Confidential" in the living room. "Confidential" was holding a bloody rag against her head and eye. I asked her if she needed any medical assistance. "Confidential" said yes. I also asked "Confidential" if there were any firearms or anyone else with her in the house. "Confidential" said there were no firearms in the house and her husband, Mr. Brian Johnson, was in the back bedroom. "Confidential" stated that Mr. Johnson just came home from the bar and wreaked of alcohol and cheap perfume. They were both arguing, and in the heat of the moment Mr. Johnson hit her three times in the head with a closed fist and started breaking all the furnitures in the living room. He then went to the back bedroom. "Confidential" stated that she wanted Mr. Johnson arrested.
I went to the back bedroom and made contact with Mr. Johnson. Mr. Johnson stated that he had a few drinks at the bar after work and came home and had a couple more drinks. I could definitely smell alcohol on Mr Johnson and I observed no physical injuries in his body. I placed Mr. Johnson under arrest for PC 273.5 and placed him in the back of my police car. I came and asked "confidential" if she wanted to file a restraining order against Mr. Johnson, and she said yes.
