Since the ancient times, we are looking for the ways to conquer the disease. Nowadays, our government tries to spend a third of money on health, but which one can be more helpful? I strongly agree with prevention.

I think prevention is more helpful than treatment. Compare with prevention and treatment, we can found that the way they surmount is different in essence, prevention can prevent the disease to make sure that you won’t be sick, but treatment is the way they cure you after you are sick. but treatment doesn’t work all the time, sometimes they failed. There are almost about 200 to 300 thousand people die every year because of the useless treatment in China. There are also some diseases that can’t be cure even, like HIV and cancer. If human doesn’t have the way to cure these diseases, the people die consequentially. Each year has a estimated 466 thousand of cervical cancer cases, almost 233 thousand women died of this disease. If you know how to prevent it, you can stop the disease from the source.

The total GDP of China in2013 is about 56884.5 billion Yuan, but the government only paid 1.5% of GDP in the health sector, if the government paid a third on that, that’s near almost 18961.5 billion Yuan.
