screed to assist someone with stress when you are ready..get into a comfortable position..sitting or laying down take a deep breath in and exhale letting all you tensions go ...relaxed...you are safe , this time is for you... and in a moment and as I can see you are so relaxed you can now imagine you are standing on top of a stairway...a single step closer to relaxation....you can feel your arms relaxing.. becoming heavy...limp and loose...relaxed.....Futhur descend the stairway ..going down toward relaxation...down and down to a state of clam and relaxation. Feel your legs relaxing and becoming limp..you legs are feeling very heavy so heavy, feel your legs sinking down, the heaviness pulling your legs down into relaxation...

In a few moments you will slowly go down the stairway , it is comfortable , and safe , its ok...each step down you will feel relax and calm ...moving down now

Look down at the grass..how healthy..fresh it looks ...and when you feel like it ...lay down on the grass become aware how soft ,fresh and comfortable it feels feel warm air against your skin and at the top of your head to the bottom of your toes, feel the soft grass the power of relaxing flowing throughout your whole body.. you are now completely relax ( repeat twice)
