Diverse Nature of Psychology
Psychology is a diverse area of study. Within this paper it will discuss the influence of diversity and it’s major concepts within psychology. It will also discuss subtopics within psychology, as well as how subtopics are identified, and applied to other disciplines within society. As well as, explain how these subtopics affect my personal theoretical perspective. Lastly, it will discuss how my contribution of studying psychology will benefit society within my area of profession in which I hope to achieve in my near future.
Theorists influence of Diversity and Major concepts within Psychology Diversity has a

If ones emotions are hindered then the individuals temperament, personality and motivation is hindered as well. This will cause avoidance behavior due to being over stimulated, which can cause anxiety for an individual. Therefore, he or she will also lack in motivation and have behavioral issues.
Behaviorism
This theory was founded by Watson and Skinner. Behaviorism has to do with behaviors that are acquired threw conditioning. There are two types of conditioning operant conditioning and classical conditioning. Operant conditioning is learning certain behaviors threw rewards and punishment. Classical conditioning has to do with behaviors learned threw a stimulus to acquire a response. One way to manage anxiety or phobia issues is threw systematic desensitization therapy.
Sub disciplines and Subtopics applied in society
These disciplines and subtopics can be applied in school to help teachers understand certain behaviors, what causes certain behaviors and how behaviors are learned. For instance a child with ADHD may not be able to concentrate due to his or her setting or maybe over stimulated. These different areas within psychology can help teachers understand where, who, how and why certain behaviors may occur, on a psychosocial and psychological, neurological level. Therefore, making it possible
