Divergent Reading comp ENTRY#1
In chapter four of the book Divergent by Veronica Roth there was one event that was very important to the book as whole and it was when Al was hanging over the chasm, then suddenly in a huge act of valor, andy reaches over the chasm not inches from plummeting to his death and slowly starts to pull her back up from the edge of the cliff and pulls her back to safety. This event made me make the prediction that because AL just saved the life of Christina by pulling her back up from the edge of the chasm, and saving her from plummeting to her death, that Al will join in the fight and them two along with maybe a few others will end up making an alliance and agree to stick together and always protect each other no matter what happens.

In chapter sixteen of the book DIVERGENT by Veronica Roth, Al was embarrassed by his progress in initation and decided not to show up to visiting day even though both his parents came. Also I like the way Al thinks because he thought it was important to protect and stand up for other people and protect what they believe in. I like this because I would have done the same thing because I like to know what im doing is right and it makes me feel good to help other people and stand by other peoples beliefs as much as I do my own.
