DESIGN DRAFTSMAN (contract) □ Collaborated with the Project Engineer to deliver drafting of specialised equipment for upgrades on the production floor at Kraft / Cadbury. All equipment is hygienic and easily cleaned. □ Prepared proposal drawings for the supply and installation of specialised equipment for quoting and presentation for various projects under negotiation. □ Collaborated with the Project Engineer to deliver drafting of specialised equipment for a new food processing plant in Braeside: including, support structure and platform for the cooling tower; plant layout, platform and bin elevator for pouch filling; plant layout and platform for sauce production, standalone Tomato puree system and completion of main pipe bridge drawings commenced by another draftsperson, all in AutoCAD 3D. □ Prepared installation drawings for a new Product Holding Room, including shop detail for valve matrices and associated piping and work platform.

Selected Accomplishments: □ Producing 3D models and 2D drawings for manufacture of all equipment supplied on the Kraft / Cadbury project and 3D modelling of the plant in Braeside, for improved accuracy and understanding.
