Did Homeland Security go too far when reacting tweets of Leigh Van Bryan?

Two Friends from UK, who were hoping to enjoy a vacation in the US, were turned back at the border after homeland security decided they didn’t like some of tweets recently posted by one of the friends. The one that tweeted an unsafe misunderstanding was named after Leigh Van Bryan. "A Simple word can be a dangerous thing"; therefore the homeland security did not go too far when reacting with his tweets. That is because of several reasons. These reasons could be safety, personal offensiveness, & dangerous individuals.

The homeland security actually did not go too far with Van Leigh Bryan's tweet. Firstly, because of many safety reasons, that can lead to complete misunderstanding. Van Leigh Bryan posted a tweet saying that he is going to destroy America. It has caught the homeland security's attention, and then became a very dangerous thought. It could also be very offensive to many people, even if he meant something else in his language or he was just "joking" by saying that he was going to "dig up Marilyn menroe". The security have done a reasonable thing to keep him and his friend in a cell for 12 hours to make sure and keep track that them, to make sure they are not dangerous people. A few words on Twitter caused them an extreme cause with the security; therefore they should have thought about what they were saying.
