*Formal – A team formed for a specific purpose it is recognised as being official and set up to accomplish a set of tasks. E.g. The officers that help customers doing check in.
*Informal – This type of team is less structured, members can leave at any time. E.g. When a stewardess is having lunch with a colleague during the break.

which allows them to give their insight in their experienced area to accomplish the main goal effectively.
*Fostering innovation – Being in a team encourages ideas to be shared, because they will be adjusted and developed by the members. *Dynamic and less Tedious – With variety of roles the members can change roles and keep the job interesting and challenged.
