CONCEPTUAL INTRODUCTION
The word Strategy may be defined as a method or plan aimed at attaining a desired objective. Strategy is very much related to tactic, which refers to the means by which a strategy is carried out.
Missions endeavor is concerned with proclaiming God’s redemption in Christ. But before missions can take place, there may need to be a point of entry. In crafting the point of entry, strategic models ought to be created. A Mission field which may be considered in this regard is the Asian country of Taiwan.

Generally, when groups of believers meet in natural surroundings, in places where non-Christians can attend without provoking hostility or feeling threatened or uneasy; conversions multiply and nearby neighborhoods are penetrated with the Gospel with ease. As Evangelism is carried out through these Home Cell Bible Study Groups, nurturing and discipleship also takes place smoothly. Ideally, these groups must not take the place of the ministry of the local church, but form an effective supplemental ministry for growth and outreach. Missionaries however, need to demonstrate maximum discipline. More often than not, the motives of some missionaries the world over, frequently overshadow the importance of being a servant of God. Too often they become involved in conflicts over power, authority and allocation of limited financial resources.
